Product is as expected of brand Carrier…blower noise is on a higher side (auto mode)…cooling is fast…though features and commands on the remote are sometimes confusing…especially eco modes…plasma…connecting copper pipes and wire was missing from the outdoor unit package – pilferaged!!! This is where the issue starts – 1st you bear the cost of both out of your pocket and then chase the Amazon Customer Care for a refund (literally haggling with them). Pilferage is something that 1) the manufacturer should address by way of pilfer-proof packaging, 2) the seller should ensure both the items are enclosed and certify while handing over to Amazon for delivery, seal the package with celophin wrapping 3) Amazon should held its Delivery staff accountable if these items are found missing at customer’s premises. This may avoid unnecessary inconvenience to the customers. Rest looking at the discount offerd on Amazon it makes sense in buying from here as prices are much lower when compared to the local shops + Amazon is very customer…
