I purchased this toner as I trust plum and the toner looked right for the label of “alcohol free” Toner. But when the product arrived, I unpacked and checked the ingredients further. It has phenoxy ethanol! It is an ether alcohol. So I have literally lost the trust in plum products now. I hate it when brands lavishly claim something for the consumers and then contradict that with the actual ingredients.
A huge let down from plum. And also, phenoxy ethanol isn’t good for your skin at the end of the day. Its safer than a lot of the other chemicals that are included in many other toners but it still is not harmless.
I would recommend buying 100% pure rose water that will do a better job than this. Or better, you can make it at…
