Theres not much of even skin tone after applying this i agree its a bit smooth but cant tell if its working properly as a primer. Im not sure about using this as the base but it does work for dry skin, even though my skin is a bit on the oily side but it does get dry a lot because of all the breakouts i keep having and it helps even that out. It might work better during winters for oily skin. But i think each time after its application i noticed more…
