Very bad quality product. We purchased Bajaj Geyser on 3 Feb 2025 and Installation was done on 5 Feb. From next day we started facing water leakage issue in geyser. We logged a complaint with Bajaj customer care and engineer visit was done on 7 Feb and got assurance from engineer that water leakage problem will be fixed now. But we were surprised to see water leakage again started from next day. We contacted Bajaj Engineer again to raise a product exchange request as product looks like a faulty one but we are told that product will not be replaced. I called Amazon customer care and even after that I didn’t receive any call from Bajaj for installation.
