26 Aug. 21 Feedback – Amazon India. Faber Dish Washer: I had bought the above Dish washer on 10 Aug 2021. Faber Company’s person contacted me on 13th and 14th Aug to come for installation. Electrical and plumbing work were to be done and so I informed him to come after the electrical and plumbing work were done. Electrical and plumbing work were done on 16th Aug and I promptly informed the Company on that day itself to send their person for installation. The Company’s person was very rude: she said that it cannot be arranged at short notice. Then I requested to send their person after one day, on 18th Wednesday. Nobody turned up on 18th. So I contacted Mr Yasim, service person, directly on 19th morning who agreed to send some one by 5.30 PM that day. As nobody turned up till 6 PM I contacted him again when he lied to me that someone was on his way. As nobody turned up on 19th I contacted the company representative, Mr. Satyajeet Mishra, Service Asst., Faber H.O., Pune, who had sent us a welcome e-mail on the day of our purchase. Mr. Mishra agreed to send someone ASAP. (ASAP is a vague statement! Non committal!) It seems Mr. Yasim had lied to the company as well, as Faber company contacted me on 20th for feedback after installation. How can I say anything when the machine was not yet installed! Ultimately with great difficulty I got the installaion done at 8 pm on 25th Aug. The user manual given with the machine is not at all exhasutive. It does not include vital information. It does not say whether it is heat resistant or not and also the distance at which it is to be placed from the stove! The Product description also is not exhaustive. It does not mention the length of the pipes of water inlet and outlet. This is not expected of a reputed company like Faber. Faber is very disappointing! I won’t recommend Faber to my friends!…
