At the given price point of 33k this is a good product. It’s been a week since it got installed few pros and cons I can share. Got delivered with a day and same day it got installed. Size seems compact model. I also have a Dual inverter LG AC, compared to it this AC is very louder. LG model is absolute silence won’t even notice that AC is on. That’s the con. Even at times when the AC is turned on it goes back to default settings. As the AC blower is very loud I set the fan speed to 1 but I have to set this every time I turn on the AC. This model dosent show room temperature 🌡️ also this has only two way swing up/down not right/ left so you manually have to adust the air flow direction and this fins build quality is very bad felt it can break very easily so aviod doing that adjustment too…

The company does not provide the remote, even if it mentioned on the photo and order description. AC is useless without the remote, we can’t start it even because it require the renote for first run. After lot of research when we decided to buy an Inverter split A/c, soon enough we found that there are models which are non-convertible and convertible. However, I soon found out that in most retail shops, they don’t even stock convertible inverter Aircons but only regular inverter a/c, and a very few that have would quote a price north of 40K.
